Practical And Real Field Learning

 

In order to make learning real and practical, the management together with the Geography department have organized a memorable tour to western Uganda for 3 days which will cover the following places among others, The Igongo cultural center for western uganda, Lake Mbuuro National park, The River Rwizi meanders, The Coca-Cola Company, Kazire Factory, Kitagata Hot Springs, The extent of the Rift Valley, Queen Elizabeth National Park, The Katwe Salt mines, Kilembe Copper mines, Kiwa Hot Springs, the river Nyamwamba and the land slides, Slopes of mount Rwenzori, Mobuku Irrigation scheme, The Stalactites and Stalagamites - Mabere ganyina mwiru, King Oyo Palace.

The participation fee for students is 197,000 and 250,000 for OBs/OGs and parents payable to the bursar.
